Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Oyoy Essentials, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at artradingcoindia@gmail.com or call +91-8218150963 with your order details.
• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only if:

• The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing unboxing images/videos as proof.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Customized or corporate bulk orders.
• Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality checks.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after collecting your account details.

4. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will bear the return shipping charges.
• For any other reason, customers may be required to bear return shipping costs.
