• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Delivery Time: Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

• Shipping Charges: Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India. For COD orders, nominal COD charges may apply.

• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order status.

• Undelivered Packages: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
