Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Oyoy Essentials. If for any reason you are not, here’s how our return process works:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or corporate-branded orders, and items damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us unless the return is due to a wrong/damaged product delivered by us.
